Launched by the Gulf Organisation for Research & Development (GORD) at the 28th Conference of the Parties of the UNFCCC (COP 28) in Dubai, the Climate Action Center of Excellence (CACE) is aimed at activating Article 6 of the Paris Agreement. We are focused on advancing the goals of the Paris Agreement through Article 6, which aims to enhance the ambition of countries’ efforts to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
